Beautiful thoughtfully designed facilities with a clean new look. Many things together created a wonderful experience, eg. big rooms with a couch area, daily fruit and snacks, teapot and Nespresso machine, a sliding door between bathroom and bedroom area, soft close drawers, the size of the bath, the bidet with automatic open/close and flush. I loved the beds - comfortable firm supportive mattresses and the most soft huggable duvets - and big beds each in a twin room. Lovely staff - from the front door welcomers always making sure you take care on the steps or offering you an umbrella, to the cleaners who even took note to empty the bin but leave the plastic bag I was using so I could re-use it. Special thanks to Esther at reception who helped us last-minute book a driver and even printed out an itinerary recommendation for us. The car itself had big windows, plenty of legroom and was stocked with water. Thank you also to Tina for recommendations, especially in the typhoon season. The gym and restaurant staff were also very happy to give us a tour of their areas as well. We made good use of the sauna, hot bath, swimming pool, and gym. Overall, we absolutely loved it. Always looked forward to coming back to rest after exploring Kaohsiung. My mother rated it six stars!

This hotel is heaven. Our stay was expensive, but worth every penny. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing from the moment you step through the front door, and this continues throughout the entire hotel. Our room was beautiful, with a stunning view out over the city (including a glorious freestanding bath in the bathroom window). We were torn between spending time here and in the pool/spa area, which was equally fabulous. We mostly had the infinity pool to ourselves, and the spa (complete with sauna, steam room, and hot/cold pools) was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Bear in mind that if you're a mixed-sex couple, the spa is separated into male/female areas.

Everything was gorgeous- the room, decor, furniture, amenities, etc. The staff were super friendly - it was really nice being greeted at the door each time we left or returned to the hotel. The breakfast was also very filling - you get a choice of different sets ranging from western to Taiwanese and more. They have a small but super clean gym, outdoor swimming pool, and the sauna included a steam room, hot tub, and cold plunge pool (16 degrees Celsius). The bed was also so soft and comfortable- I don’t know what thread count they use but I want the same sheets for my bed!

This was the finest hotel we have ever stayed in!!! Amazing room, the photos do not do justice to this room. The room is huge and the bathroom is one of the biggest we have seen. The bed was heavenly, such a great sleep was had by all! This is a hotel that we will come back to again, one not to miss. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to a shopping centre (you will find the best hot pot here) train and bus. The staff are lovely. Hotel is an absolute 10+

The minimalist luxurious design. Helpful staff. I stayed three nights. The first night, my room faced the busy boulevard. Although on the 21st floor, I could still hear the traffic. For the two following nights, I paid for an upgrade and got transferred to a room on the 27th floor facing the port. It was quiet and offered a great view. Lots of extra stuff. Spacious rooms.
